NEWS & EVENTS
I'm excited for the opportunity to share my stories and offer my book live. Please contact me to discuss a speaking engagement or book signing if you represent a book store, a civic, business, or social organization, a rest home or retirement village, or any event where folks would enjoy some light-hearted entertainment and story-telling.
On the radio! WERU Community Radio 89.9 FM
Feb. 12, 2015
I had a great time at WERU's "Writers Forum" this morning. A big Thank YOU goes out to Ellie for inviting me. I enjoyed listening to the very talented Mark Scott Rickets, and got to hang out with fellow author and friend John Ford Sr. John is always a pleasure to listen to as he has so many great stories at the tip of his tongue. A copy to the link is below, for those of you who want to hear a very entertaining hour of stories.

Book Launch Party/Signing/Reading
May 17, 2015 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
"Memories of Shucking Peas" launch party has been booked!!! The party will be held at Bowens Tavern, located at 181 Waterville Road, in Belfast, Maine. May 17, 2015, Sunday, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. I think this is the perfect venue to launch this book because the "old" Bowens Store at the same location is featured in several of the book's stories. It promises to be a fun time for all, with snacks, a cash bar, a reading from the book, lots of stories and laughter abound, and of course, a book signing. Come join the fun and bring your camera to take some candid shots which may be featured on this site!
